We had the opportunity to undertake another exterior renovation, delivering new stonecraft veneer work and Mastic vinyl siding in Wicker color to seamlessly match the pole building. This project featured new vented soffit, facia, and gutters, with gutter guard installed to ensure low maintenance.

Customer had a cast iron drain line rot away and sewage throught the basment. Waste cleanup crew and plumber prepped most of the basement. We came in and finished up the gutting of bathroom. Framed in new shower unit and installed mold and mildew board. Paint and flooring.

Switched out a couple doors on a rental unit.
