Started the week with a 12x12… wrapped up the week with that stripped, redecked, and a beautiful 14’x16’ addition to the existing deck.

This deck project is coming along real nicely! Can’t wait to share the final transformation after the cable rail system is installed!

Another deck project complete!

Proud to have partnered with Kadenz Aluminum Railings and the Duxxbak gang for this one!

We used the original frame of the deck, added some joist tape and new flashing, and resurfaced this deck! And then we built a 5’ wide stairway to accommodate a great space for hosting guests!

Featured here the deck boards are Duxxbak Optima Decking in the color Boardwalk Gray! And of course, the Kadenz Ellegance Aluminum Railings!

Grateful for the opportunity to help a good friend of ours! And looking forward to the next project!

Abstract square custom inlay designed by yours truly!

Lots of time and effort to bring this project to life! And I’m proud to say that our client is very happy with the finished product!

This deck is built on a firm foundation as we partnered with our friends at Elite Piers to install helical piles! Framed by our friends Gonzalo and crew! And deck boards and rails installed by our owner Tyler.

The main deck board showcased here is Armadillo Evolution Decking color Silverstone and Steel Wool for accent colors. Held together with our favorite Camo Edge Clips and Starborn Industries Cap & Screw hidden fastener systems! And the beautiful solar lit railings are the Kadenz Ellegance Railing System!

Kicking off the week with a big deck repair project!

This beautiful home has 13 support posts that have completely rotten out. This large extension of the home was deemed unsafe until we came in to reinforce the structure.

We will be jacking the deck up and removing the old/rotten posts, and replacing them! By the end of the week, these folks will be able to use their deck again and have the peace of mind knowing that it is safe to walk on, and enjoy the beauty of their backyard!

This project wrapped up yesterday, and we cannot wait to get going on the next one!

This deck is composed of Armadillo Decking, Evolution boards in the Twilight color! Accented with black picture framing, border detail, and a nice waterfall staircase. The Ellegance Rail System by Kadenz is the cherry on top! You can’t find a better rail system on the market anywhere!

The final transformation is here! This home had 40 year old steel siding that had been painted and flaking off for years…

After a few weeks of hard work, we’ve brought this home back to life with ALL NEW EDCO STEEL siding in the color tone: Wicker!

This project proposed many unique challenges, but nothing that our expertise couldn’t overcome!

No more shutters! Now tgese windows and doors have been trimmed out with AZEK PVC material! We replaced a couple storm doors! Added a run of gutter on the east side of the home! And also have replaced the front large picture window!
