Bathroom remodel is coming along nicely! The floor tile is installed and grouted, and it's really starting to take shape. Next up is the shiplap wainscoting before moving on to the finishing touches.
Looking forward to sharing more progress as this project comes together.

Another productive day on this bathroom remodel — getting the floor tile layout dialed in and knocking out some drywall repairs before the next phase. The little details and prep work are what help make the finished project turn out right.

Still plenty left to do on this one, but it’s coming together nicely.

Just wrapped up installing a new exterior front door and getting the existing storm door back in place.

Big upgrade for this home—looks better, seals up tighter, and everything is opening and closing nice and smooth now 👍

It’s always surprising how much a front door can change the whole feel of a house.

Finally getting my own house back together.

Hand-textured this ceiling and gave the walls a fresh coat of blue. No popcorn, no shortcuts — just good old-fashioned trowel work done by hand.

It’s funny… we’re always working on everyone else’s homes, so finishing something in your own place feels pretty good.
