Every residential well is different. This particular one, is plagued by high levels of sediment and dissolved iron and had been a source of persistent issues. This custom built 5 stage sediment filter system filters anything down to just 1 micron. Thanks to Culligan Water's WH-HD200-C transparent filter housings (https://amzn.to/3DwNuRH), it's easy to keep tabs on the condition of each filter. After installation, the once troubling problems of iron staining and sediment had gone away completely.

Over the range microwaves are a great way to save counter space with the added benefit of ventilating cooking smells and smoke. The old plastic vent hood over this range was not only an eye-sore but also did a poor job of ventilating due to an under powered fan. Due to space constraints, this Whirlpool low profile over the range microwave was the perfect solution for this kitchen.

Armstrong Flooring's peel and stick vinyl tile was the floor that they opted for. After a thorough degreasing and cleaning, these tiles adhered perfectly over top of the existing linoleum. Today I saw firsthand why it's not recommended to caulk a toilet base to the floor 🚽. This bad boy had a small water leak from its base for months, and what was supposed to be a simple wax seal replacement turned into a full-blown hazmat situation 💩. Turns out, the old toilet had a chunk of porcelain missing, the floor fl**ge was completely uneven and all sorts of "fun" stuff was leaking into the base getting trapped by the caulk 🤮.
