🏝️ Cape Coral canal-front transformation — one day, before & after 👇
Took this old concrete dock-side slab from dated to dialed in under 24 hours.
The fun part of this one: the homeowner had a stash of older pavers they'd been holding onto. Sun and saltwater had given them a warm, mellow patina you literally can't buy new — that lived-in coastal look that takes years to develop. No way were those going to waste.
So we kept the homeowner's existing pavers as the centerpiece and framed the whole thing with a fresh cream-white border. The contrast between the aged center and the crisp new border ties it all together — the kind of detail you'd see on a high-end custom install. Best of both worlds: character in the middle, polish on the outside.
