Don't let the before pictures fool you, this home owner has battled this yard for months and could not get ahead of it. A couple of hours of work by Lyle and a few of his kiddos and it was taken care of!

That first picture was what we got a with a call for HELP! A roof leak had caused a ceiling collapse for this young fam...

Like we stated before, our most frequent work is the little stuff we do for landlords and realtor friends that really helps them to quickly spruce up a place.

Some of our favorite jobs are for realtor friends and landlords that need a few quick fixes to spruce up a home before a tenant switch or property sale.

Below you'll see a vanity swap, subsequent wall repair, and some fixture hanging on a recent flip a good friend of ours did in the Ft Walton Beach area.

Unfortunately what isnt pictured is the custom casing we ended up building for that vanity to make it fit that original space perfectly.

At that same property, we were hired to transition an 8 ft privacy fence to a 10ft privacy fence and move it about 4 ft toward the property owner's home to help with some flooding/drainage issues as well as run the back panel to the property line.

One of the things we value most at Two Guys No Manual is our ability to help grow skills in our children (when its safe and agreeable) while simultaneously providing for our families. Amongst these pictures is Lyle's son LJ getting some hands on work experience. He coated the bottoms of all the posts and planks in tar to help with preventing rot.

This business actually started during a furlough when we needed to find a way to keep working and providing for our families. What began out of necessity quickly turned into something we genuinely enjoy — helping people repair, improve, and take care of their homes.
