As you may have heard, our best employee Nick has taken a position as director of the New Haven Parks and Rec. While this is going to put the large scale,full time jobs to rest, we are still going to be offering our services for odd jobs both interior and exterior. While we are transitioning to this new phase, Nick may be scheduling out weekends into the near future, so if you have work you’d like done, please feel free to reach out and schedule now. A quick job with a big impact. Will take some time before it can be stained since fresh treated lumber is made to reject water and any other liquid from penetrating the wood. I always recommend at least 3 months to save yourself the guess work, if in doubt hose it down and see if the water gets in or beads off.

Recently built some matching planters for some folks that just moved into their new home and wanted some instant effect. Treated 2x12’s with a premium decking top rail for sitting. Side note: treated lumber cannot be stained or waterproofed for at least six months, preferably a year. Let me know if we could design something for your back porch.
