Hutyra Homes is seeking a well-rounded, energetic and success-oriented individual to provide part-time administrative services to the company. We offer flexibility and countless opportunities to learn about the thriving home building and remodeling industry. In addition, the opportunity exists to grow or evolve this position as the company grows, if desired.
The ideal professional is extremely organized with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. It is critical that this individual share in the company’s vision to create unique spaces and exceptional homes in the Fort Worth community, and the sincere desire to maintain 100% client satisfaction.
The administrative professional will work directly with the owner to help with daily administrative tasks, such as compiling client meeting notes, managing company correspondence, developing estimates and conducting bookkeeping duties. As an independent contractor, this individual will work primarily from his or her own office, but be expected to periodically meet on job sites with the owner, sub-contractors and clients, and meet in the company office as needed.
