Estate sale Haul - Edition 1 🤗
Check out what I found at a sale today. I always find little treasures for clients or my own house when I shop these. This is one of my favorite companies to follow, go check them out!

Let’s talk kitchen hardware - and why you hire a designer to help with selections. Of the 1,00,000 details to think about when building and remodeling this one is very important. There are an endless options and finishes. Do you want it to sparkle? Do you want two tone. Do you like handles or k***s? What shape do you like? Is your style more traditional or modern? What finish you do prefer? How do you want them placed on the cabinets themselves? The list goes on and on 🤯 In this kitchen we went with what’s called an unlacquered brass finish. This means it will install shiny, but over time it will patina to a more antique finish. Also notice the placement of the hardware. It is centered and k***s were chosen over large pulls on the island. Swipe the photos to see the difference in patina on the hardware. Each k**b or handle becomes a unique work of its own art 😍

We call this space a “Cloffice” Closet + Office. Home offices don’t have to take up a whole room in your house and waste square footage. Good design allows for a private area perfect for zoom meetings and storage. This is built in a 6x8 room that also houses the media closet.

I can’t explain how happy I am when I see my visions come to life, it’s wild to see your brain in 3D (does that make sense 😆). Knowing we get to design and create special places for people to share, brings us so much joy!
We had to step out of our comfort zone for this one!
I had never designed a restaurant and Lance had never built one 😅 It was so fun and our team did an incredible job helping execute the vision. We are grateful for the owners entrusting us to make it amazing 🥰
We can’t wait for the next one!
