One large pot of bone and herb broth yielded about 25 cups of broth that will be frozen in either 1 or 2 cup easy to use blocks.
Bones have been being collected and frozen until I had enough to make a huge pot. Filtered water, ginger, turmeric, pepper, rosemary, oregeno, thyme, basil, cloves, star anise, bay leaf, onion, garlic, coriander, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to boil then simmer for 24 hours. When the bones are soft enough I cut them open and scrape the marrow back into the pot. Strain with cheese cloth, let sit then scrape the fat off the top (this can be saved for cooking fat), refrigerate or freeze.
I can drink this warmed up with nothing else in it but I also like to make it with egg noodles, veggies, and chicken.
