One large pot of bone and herb broth yielded about 25 cups of broth that will be frozen in either 1 or 2 cup easy to use blocks.
Bones have been being collected and frozen until I had enough to make a huge pot. Filtered water, ginger, turmeric, pepper, rosemary, oregeno, thyme, basil, cloves, star anise, bay leaf, onion, garlic, coriander, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to boil then simmer for 24 hours. When the bones are soft enough I cut them open and scrape the marrow back into the pot. Strain with cheese cloth, let sit then scrape the fat off the top (this can be saved for cooking fat), refrigerate or freeze.

I can drink this warmed up with nothing else in it but I also like to make it with egg noodles, veggies, and chicken.

Half a large onion or a whole small one diced, as much garlic as you like, sautée those, add 1 can diced tomatoes (I use the one with lime and cilantro), half can green chilis, 2 cans great northern beans, 2 cans cannellini beans, 1 can kidney beans (all rinsed), about 40oz of chicken broth, seasonings of choice (I cheated this time and used a chicken chili packet) but then I also added cumin, rainbow peppercorn, and a dash of turmeric. Hit it for just a minute with an immersion blender or add a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up. Then I added 2 shredded rotisserie chickens. This made a huge pot so I could freeze some for later. My spin on chicken and rice casserole.

2cups instant rice, a lil over 2 cups water, large can cream of chicken, 1 can green chilis, handful of super greens chopped, 1 pack lipton onion mix, chicken chopped, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Mix together then top with a few thin slices of butter. 380° for about 1hr 15min.

This is delicious!

In a crockpot add:
1 box beef stock, 2tbsp worcestershire sauce, 4tbsp ketchup, 2 packets lipton onion mix, 2 packs gravy mix, whisk together then add 1 family size bag of meatballs. 2-3 hours on high or 4-6 on low. Mix in a cornstarch slurry and heat for a few more minutes. The tiktok video said to serve over mashed taters but we went with egg noodles and garlic bread and topped with some red onion.
10/10 being added into dinner rotation

Am I about to eat a whole head of cabbage, maybe 🤔 🤣. This thing is so darn good. A head of cabbage, gutted and sta&&ed multiple times, covered in olive oil and seasonings, packed with butter. 325° for almost 2 hours. It is really really yummy!

Waiting for my new shelf to deliver today and admiring the goodies currently going. 1st coffee ☕️ 😋 (who needs Starbucks lol), from the left there is a couple jars there of a calming blend of tea brewing. Then meet Dough Momma, my first try at a sourdough starter and the dough was dough'n last night. Behind the coffee is 2 jars of fire cider and a jar of fire honey (also the 2 lil jars next to it, they're gifts). Then the last big jar is vanilla extract and the 2 jars in front are garlic honey. This makes me happy!

Fire Cider is started! This will sit for about 8 weeks before I strain it out and dehydrate the leftovers for a spicy seasoning!

Ingredients:
Lemons, limes, oranges, ginger, turmeric, jalepenos, habaneros, horseradish, garlic, onions, rosemary, basil, oregeno, sage, cloves, Calendula, rose, apple cider vinegar.

Somehow ended up on the sourdough starter side of the internet..... should I do it?

Also on Thursday - I'm going to start my alcohol free vanilla extract and also maybe try to make a vanilla paste. A fresh batch of Fire Cider will start brewing. The next plan for creme brulee is a chocolate pistachio so I'll make that too.

Wasn't too sure about this one. The graham crackers I wanted on the bottom all floated to to the top. But it smelled so good I couldn't even wait for them to cool down again to try and OMG it tasted like a s'more.

S'MORES CREME BRULEE
Same base instructions as the last one, I'm a sauce pan 2 cups of heavy cream but this time I added S'mores coffee syrup and about a tsp of cocoa powder. In a bowl whisk 4 egg yolks and 1/3C sugar. Slowly incorporate. Lay graham crackers into ramekins and cover with mixture. Into a shallow pan with water halfway up the ramekins into the oven at 325 for 30ish minutes. Let cool then into the fridge for a couple hours. I then mixed a bit of cocoa powder into the sugar, topped and torched them. Then covered with mini marshmallows and under the broiler for a minute. This turned out better than I could have imagined.

Creme Brulee. This one was my favorite so far. Pumpkin Caramel Creme Brulee.

In a sauce pan bring 2 cups heaving cream, 1 sq**rt sugar free caramel sauce, 4 pumps skinny girl pumpkin caramel syrup to a simmer while whisking. Set aside. In a mixing bowl mix 4 egg yolks with 1/3c sugar. Slowly whisk in the cream to the egg mix. Pour into ramekins leaving a bit of head space. Put the ramekins into a deep pan and add water about halfway up. Put in oven at 325 for about 30-35 min. Once done take out and let cool a bit before removing into the refrigerator. After a couple hours add sugar to top and torch til caramelized.
