We just wrapped up this property getting it market-ready with:
✔️ New flooring
✔️ Wall repairs & fresh touch-up paint
✔️ Patching and finishing entire wall sections
✔️ New trim to clean everything up and give it a finished look

🔥 Agent Tip: You don’t always need a deck replacement 🔥

Had a property where the deck was flagged as unsafe, and initial thoughts were a full tear-down and rebuild… 💸

Instead, we took a step back and actually looked at what needed to be fixed.

✔️ Replaced the structurally compromised / rotted sections
✔️ Reinforced key framing areas
✔️ Secured and leveled problem spots
✔️ Brought the deck back to a safe, solid condition

No full rebuild. No unnecessary spend.

Just a smart rehab that made the deck safe and extended its life.

This is huge in real estate, especially when you’re trying to:
• Keep deals alive
• Stay within repair budgets
• Avoid over-improving a property

Not everything needs to be replaced. Sometimes it just needs the right approach.

If you’ve got an inspection report or a “this might kill the deal” situation, send it over. I’ll give you a straight answer on what actually needs to be done.

⭐ BIG REVEAL! ⭐

I just want to take a moment to say how truly thankful I am for the opportunity to work on this home. Every project comes with its own set of challenges, and this one definitely gave us a few to overcome. But that’s what makes this job rewarding, being trusted to step in, figure things out, and bring a vision to life no matter what obstacles pop up along the way.

From the first walkthrough to the final touches, I’m grateful for the chance to problem-solve, get creative, and put in the kind of work that makes a real difference. I like to Thank Andrew Deyo, Casey Keith, and Bryan Yaninek for believing in me and Front Range Fix-It.

And of course, I couldn’t have done it without Daniel Desilets and John Warren these two guys by my side. Thank you guys for riding through the hard time and good times with me!

8 weeks ago we started a project that pushed us, inspired us, and reminded us why we love what we do. Seeing a vision turn into reality and knowing we’re creating a space a family will enjoy for years… that’s what makes it all worth it!
