Optimizing professional work spaces for efficiency while creating a welcoming environment was the goal for this project! Klearvue cabinets were installed strategically to maximize working area. Custom cut and assembled butcher block countertops were then placed on top and finished with epoxy.

Backsplash Tile✅️
We removed the old counter backsplash and patched the holes in the drywall. "Savannah White" 2"x10" tiles were then installed with a brushed nickel trim border. A "Frosty" colored grout finished the Clean Cut look!

This bathroom needed a refresh and thats exactly what we did. To start we removed the toilet, prepped all of the surfaces with patching, sanding, and priming. After painting all of the walls, ceiling, and trim, we installed a marbled waterproof LVP flooring. To finish off the project we reset the toilet with a new wax ring, supply line, and water shutoff valve.

The crew has been diligently working through the holiday season, but we took a break yesterday to participate in the annual pheasant hunt hosted by Benjamin Moore. We are extremely grateful for the invitation to enjoy this exciting event with a group of like-minded professionals!

This fall, our team was honored to restore a beautiful log cabin situated on the Cass River, with the objective of preserving and protecting the log siding for future generations. We commenced the process by soda-blasting the two severely weathered sides to ensure optimal adhesion of the finish products. Following the application of caulk and wood filler to carpenter bee holes, we applied a base coat to the soda-blasted areas to achieve a seamless color blend. Two coats of top coat stain were subsequently applied to all log siding, handrails, and spindles surrounding the deck. This project demanded precise ladder positioning and in-depth knowledge of product usage, preparation, and application.

Anti-slip traction tread and a transition piece for seamless rolling completed our construction on this ramp! Pressure-treated lumber, correctly tied into the existing deck, ensures enhanced durability and longevity.

We turned this neglected house into a clean and beautiful home! Just as we promised, here are the results from the latest full renovation we have completed. After demolition day we started the process of repairing and freshening up. We primed and painted all of the walls, ceilings, trim, and doors. Over 800 square foot of LVP flooring and shoe moulding was then installed. We hung new light fixtures to show off the freshly completed work! The old deck was unable to be salvaged so we removed it and built a new 16x16 deck. These projects bring us great satisfaction from utilizing our entire skill sets. Clean Cut has been working on renovating this bathroom that was in serious need of an update. We started off by repairing the rotten sub floor, updating plumbing, and installing new flooring. The stand up shower was added in per the customers request to expand the bathroom to a full bath rather than a half. The toilet, vanity, and sink were then installed. Two coats of "Natural Linen" paint freshened it up and made the space feel larger. We are proud to showcase our skills on this project!

We are taking advantage of this warm weather and still preserving those decks! This one needed some decorative trim nailed back on and a couple coats of semi transparent stain.

Demolition Friday ✅️
We started renovations on a new project today that included tearing most of the deck up and removing an old shed from the property. We also brought in dirt to fill areas of the back yard. We will follow up tomorrow with some hand raking and grass seed. Stay tuned for more progress on bringing this house back to life!
