Today is not how I planned, motorcycle needed tires as well which means it'll take longer than just routine maintenance. I had a few hours to burn and went to in Cape Girardeau. This place is has amazing beer like scratch (not fully as exotic but still similar) but they have way better food options!

Tried this villager salad at Olympia kebab house in St. Louis. It was a amazing! I don't like green peppers very much but this hid them very well. I am going to try making this salad, more specifically the dressing!

Tried this recipe and it was an absolute win! Don't worry about it being vegetarian! I could definitely see it with rice or tortilla chips!

I recently experimented with my grape jelly meatballs and it might not be as good as my doctored recipe but its much simpler!

3-5 lbs of frozen homestyle meatballs

2 cups grape jam (I prefer the jam but grape jelly works too)

2 12-14 oz cocktail sauce

Combine the last two ingredients in a bowl to ensure mixed.
Place all ingredients in a crock pot on low 4 hours on hi or at least 6 on low.

Keeping them on low and the longer they cook the better they are!

Tried pollo con mole chocolate. Never had it. It sounded good. It isn't bad. I would make it again but it would not be heavy in rotation. I also don't think cilantro lime rice goes with it.

Roasted potatoes that were boiled first. I used dill pickle seasoning instead of following their seasoning. It was a lot of work but the end result was amazing!
