This 22’ x 12' composite deck was built over an existing concrete patio and completely transformed the space.

We’re far from done, but here’s a progress update on a remodel we’ve been working on for most of this winter 🔨

We took this rough, unfinished staircase and turned it into a clean, modern focal point for the home. From raw concrete to a fully finished entry featuring custom trim, custom vinyl stair treads, fresh paint, bright low-energy LED recessed lighting, combination of R-24 closed cell spray foam and R-15 rockwool adding a moisture barrier on the concrete and warm space on the inside and rich flooring—this space now finally feels like part of the house.

So I been out of work for a couple weeks here but I’m finally back and rolling again. My main truck finally gave up on me. After a tough year of hauling materials, pulling trailers, and grinding through long days on job sites, it threw in the towel.

Wasn’t part of the plan, wasn’t in the budget, but that’s the reality of running a business — when something breaks, you adapt and keep pushing.

So I had to step up and buy another truck. Not because I wanted to… but because the work doesn’t stop, and the customers depend on me to get these jobs done no matter what.

Setbacks happen. Tools break. Trucks die. But how you react and work through the problem is what matters.

Wrapped up one of our last exterior project before the brutal conditions of winter hit! ❄️🏡

We finished insulating and sealing up this section of the home with EnergyShield and proper flashing to get it prepped for siding. Everything is fully weather-tight and ready to handle the cold months ahead.
