Check out this cool decking design on this deck! This customer chose a beautiful composite decking and paired it with aluminum rails. The deck should last for a very long time and never need to be painted! We added lights for security and safety and there’s even a matching deck on the front!

This is one of my favorite re-decks we’ve done this year! The decking and railing was in bad shape but the framing was still going strong so we applied some frame protection and installed some Lineage decking in Carmel. Westbury rails topped off the install for a clean, updated look on this beautiful home!

This may look like an ordinary deck but we built this deck with deck framing. Every part of this deck now has a 50 year+ warranty and has virtually no maintenance! This deck also features Transcend Lineage decking in Jasper and Westbury C10 Aluminum railing!

How about this custom Trex Transcend Lineage deck? We love the hog wire but the foundation of this deck sets it apart. After their pressure treated pine frame failed after only 5 years, We recommended installing Owen’s Corning composite lumber so now their deck frame and decking should last a VERY long time.

How about this screened porch?! These homeowners now have an extra room that’s an expression of their home. We rebuilt their old covering that was about to fall down with one that will last a very long time. As a bonus, this porch is cat approved!

This 12x35 deck with covering and water proofing was built in Brentwood right before the cold hit. We continued the roofing to match the house and installed an overhead fan to allow for the best hosting space when the weather warms up.
