Fluid applied restoration using Dal-Val 315 thermoplastic roof coating.
• All field seams were reinforced with polyester roof fabric and all flashing details reinforced with Dal-Val 230 modified rubber mastic sealant.

I use United Asphalt on the regular. I highly recommend them to any contractor who does fluid applied restoration.

All repairs, seams and base coat were sealed with polyester roof fabric and fibered emulsion.
Finish coat was a rubberized aluminum coating.
Product used was Armour Proof roof coatings
