One of our dear clients had an "Oppsie!!" Moment. Not 100% their fault. The builder never fully framed out the opening so half is unsupported drywall on either side. With full framing this won't happen again. This is why PMCR CORP recommends getting a Home Inspection from Ken Nelson at Home Team Inspection when you're looking to buy.

This was a tricky replacement that most plumbers wouldn't touch. The old sink was buried under tile and epoxy paint. I had to make a vented booth and cut out the old sink. Once that was done the new sink had to be leveled up, sealed and clamped down. After that, I was able to then replumb the two drains. Next I will install an osmosis water system and grout around the edges.

These Top Shelf toilet/bidets are becoming more and more popular. They are not cheap and I have to add an outlet to run them. They fit in the same footprint as a traditional flush toilet, but they need power to work. A battery backup is available if you loose power.
