Finishing out a cottage/ future B&B. Gonna hang Sheetrock in loft. Then texture the whole cottage. After that I’m building a square Spiral Staircase. There’s a very limited amount of space so I’m gonna have to squeeze it in and keep it all to code. Also gonna utilize space under stairs for storage.

Fire pit restoration complete. Customer chose black reflective fire glass.

Freeze damaged clay tile patio. We removed all damaged tile. Patched and recapped.

Restoration of poorly built propane fire pit. Had to clean up cut out 6”x10” section for ventilation. Tossed the steel plate and updated with stainless steel plate thanks to Klier Sheetmetal here in Fredericksburg, Tx. New burner, and adding black reflective fire glass.

Love working on Main St. Especially next door to Pioneer Bar Lol. Laying a little over 2400sf laminate flooring. Without padding per owner.
