Today’s job was a little different.
We found and carefully removed a bird’s nest from a kitchen exhaust vent.

This is a good reminder that exterior vents should be checked from time to time. If a vent gets blocked, it can affect airflow, create odor issues, and even become a safety concern.

Simple maintenance can prevent bigger problems later.

Preparation for Tennis Court Repair 🎾🔧
In this video, I’m showing the first stage of the job: preparing for the replacement of the net tensioner posts.

One of the old posts was completely rotted, so everything had to be taken apart, the area cleaned up, and the base prepared for the new installation.
