Landscaping, is different than house cleaning, he much rather look at the whole property before pricing, BUT we do FREE estimates, and if our price isn't fair enough, we possibly could work things out to fit both our needs😉.. When we settle on a price, we also will start that day!
🧽House cleaning 🧹
*Prices may vary on the size of your home*
ONE time deep clean, and this includes:
Dusting top to bottom, your pictures and watt knots, wipe down all your furniture, vacuum furniture, cleaning blinds, cleaning the inside of your windows and window seals, willing down base boards, and ceiling fans, cleaning under furniture, whipping down cabinets, cleaning stove, and fridge, change bed clothing and doing laundry, and also mopping and your regular cleaning along with this. The price varies on your home because some homes are bigger than others, but my starting price is $200.00. If you would like anything else extra done that I did not mention, we may can talk about the price or it may could be thrown in there!
If you'd like to keep me and have me come on a regular basis, once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month, depending on the size of the house and how often you want me to come, prices are different. Starting prices are $80.00. I will not do everything listed that's on top on a regular clean! Even if I have you on a regular basis, and you book a deep clean I'll have to charge you the deep clean price! Regular cleaning includes: cleaning kitchen, bathrooms, vacuum, sweeping, and mopping.
I have no problem traveling, if you have no problem paying 💰, gas and cleaning supplies are getting more and more expensive by the day! Depending how far I have to drive $5.00-$10.00 may be àdded to your price. Me driving over 30 minutes, that's when I'll add more to it!
I like to arrive early, 7:00am is always best, but no later than 8:00am, and depending where I am no later than 2:45pm, I have children and a clock out time, BUT if we don't finish the job that day, we will be back the following day(some houses are bigger than others) If I see I'm not going to arrive at the time I give you, I will call and let you know, not always does everything go right. 😄
I have my own cleaning supplies, and the cleaning tools. Lysol, bleach, lemon scent, and awesome are my main cleaning brands. Anything in particular you need me to use or not use please let me know! If by any chance you can't keep your appointment please let me know a couple days ahead of time if possible, and I'll do the same.
I also will do carpet cleaning and outside window cleaning, but if you book me for that I can only do that, that day! Prices vary on this, as well depending how many windows and how much carpet!
Hand sanitizer, mask, and gloves are ALWAYS ON DECK! i do not use rags to clean with to keep down the germs!
