Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Bread

Ingredients:
• 1 large loaf of French bread or Italian bread
• 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
• 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
• ½ cup cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup ranch dressing (plus extra for drizzling if desired)
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare the Bread:
Slice the bread loaf lengthwise, leaving about ½ inch at the bottom so it stays connected (like a hinge). Hollow out some of the inside of the bread to make room for the filling. Save the removed bread pieces for dipping or another use.
3. Make the Filling:
In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
4. Stuff the Bread:
Spread the filling evenly inside the hollowed bread.
5. Bake:
Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15–20 minutes, until the filling is hot and the cheese has melted. If you want a crispier top, unwrap the foil for the last 5 minutes of baking.
6. Serve:
Slice and optionally drizzle with extra ranch dressing. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired. Serve warm.
