lIllinado is looking for a full time forman / lead position with minimum of 5 years experience in carpentry and or framing.

We are a General Contractor based out of Front Royal, VA and have been in business since 2014. We are a small locally owned business with job sites throughout the Shenandoah Valley, specializing in building custom homes, remodeling, carpentry and tile.

Job Summary:
Dependable experienced carpenter or framer who can complete various remodeling and building tasks on site while supervising a crew. Must be able to communicate with coworkers, customers and subcontractors. Must be able to manage a job site in a professional and proficient manner. Must be able to track job progress and keep jobs on schedule by using accountability paperwork, calendars, and task lists. While Illinado, LLC specializes in custom carpentry, framing and tile, some jobs may include minor plumbing, minor electric, minor painting, minor drywall and punch list tasks.

Starting pay range is 60k to 70k a year based on experience. Benefits include weekly pay, paid vacation after 1 year, paid mileage and yearly bonus incentives.
All potential employees and employees are subject to random drug testing.
