A huge milestone for Renew Epoxy Solutions! 🎉

Today we completed our very first commercial epoxy flooring project—a 3,600 sq. ft. installation!

This job will be one to remember. Everyone was so kind and the building is absolutely beautiful. What a blessing it has been to transform this space. While completing the project, we experienced a small product failure in one area that caused some staining. Even though it affected only a small portion of the floor, that’s not the standard we hold ourselves to.

At Renew Epoxy Solutions, we believe in working with a spirit of excellence. This issue will be corrected to ensure the final result reflects the quality our customers deserve.

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity, thankful for everyone’s support, and excited for what lies ahead. This is just the beginning, and we look forward to transforming many more residential and commercial floors. 💪🏻

🔥 Days 1-3 surface prep. The sealer on this floor was no joke! It took 3 days of grinding and 1 gallon of crack fill. This wraps up our prep work - now ready for primer.

☀️ Day 2
This morning we came in and did a quick sand of the moisture barrier to ensure that strong 💪🏻 chemical bond to the mid coat. Finished off with a non-slip polyaspartic top coat for added protection and a glossy finish.

This floor features the antler flake blend, with nice gray, tan, and green undertones. It accents their dark green wall color perfectly! 👌🏻

☀️Day 1 (yesterday)
This client wanted our flake floor system to finish their mudroom!

We did our surface prep and laid down our moisture barrier primer. The client said the floors were consistently damp, especially with the humid weather. Our moisture v***r barrier stops any out gassing from the concrete pad, allowing our epoxy system to have a strong chemical bond when applied.
