Sometimes we can buy you one more time.
Other times, time is too expensive to risk life.

Carbon monoxide is a by-product of combusting a fossil fuel. It’s odorless, tasteless, and will kill you silently.

We can do a lot of magic with A/C and furnaces and bring them back to life. However, if your technician tells you this fall or winter it’s time, you’re better off listening to them.

***note*** there is no “patch” for metal with a hole rusted through it or a crack. The NFPA says that “any breach in a heat exchanger for a combustible fuel requires shutdown until replacement of the failed component or the appliance.”

Sorry folks, JB Welding it or patching with high temp caulk is not an approved repair. 🙄🤦‍♂️

If there’s a way to fix it, we will. If it’s just too far gone, we’ll find a way to help get you a heat source or financing. The most important part is that you and your family find a safe way to stay warm. But trust us, this ain’t the time to start testing your luck.

Pictures here, one of our technicians is confirming a hunch that this customer had a and aging and underrated breaker on this circuit. Properly sized breakers and care to ensure routine panel inspections can prevent fires and malfunctions.

A common question we get is what SEER rating should I buy in an HVAC System.

The answer? What difference does it make; if you don’t have ductwork to support it, you’ll never see a difference in savings.

Folks, nowadays, the systems are very much alike. The value is in the people installing it. However, the best most high efficient system out there cannot save a dime without a great duct system to support it. Below pictured is a great example of someone who was struggling with home comfort but didn’t know why the system wasn’t keeping up. As you can see, the pictures tell the whole story.

If your duct is in bad repair like this or you think it’s time to get them cleaned or assessed, consider getting a check up.
