Almost finished and ready for lake life 🌊 This custom-built 4 bedroom home on Norris Lake is in the final stretch, and it’s easy to imagine the memories that will be made here. Spacious open living, stunning views, and a design built to enjoy lake life to the fullest. This one checks all the boxes. We can’t wait to put the finishing touches on this one!

This modern build is coming together beautifully! From the bold black floating staircase to the warm wood accents, every detail is designed with intention.

One of our favorite features? The custom canoe chandelier hanging proudly in the main living space. It’s a unique statement piece that perfectly ties in rustic charm with modern design.

We can’t wait to see this home finished — it’s going to be a true showstopper!
