NOW HIRING: Experienced HVAC Service Tech – $26-30/hr + Commission (AZ)

JLM Air Conditioning and Heating is growing! We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician (5+ years) to join our team.

Service Area: Maricopa & Pinal County + parts of Tucson
Type: Full-time, mostly field work

You Will:

Run residential & light commercial service calls
Diagnose & repair HVAC systems
Offer repair vs. replace options
Measure/survey jobs, do basic load calcs & duct layout
Use Gmail, Housecall Pro, Podium & other apps
Help other techs with phone support
Order parts, manage inventory & cost jobs
Keep a clean, organized truck
Requirements:

5+ years HVAC experience
Strong technical & diagnostic skills
Great attitude & communication
Basic tools & meters
Valid driver’s license

Is your AC system ready for the summer? This picture shows a system that was not ready but after a visit from JLM we cleared the debris from the drain line and got that water flowing and the AC going. Give us a call to take advantage of our half off cooling tune up until the end of April and get your AC system prepared for Arizona’s extreme summer heat.
