It’s birthdays. Tuesday night dinners. The booth where your kids grew up. The bartender who knows your order before you sit down.

When Spinato’s relocated after serving North Phoenix for decades, the challenge wasn’t simply designing a new restaurant.
It was preserving a lifetime of familiarity while creating a place ready for the next generation.

That’s what we study.

It begins with creating a place that invites people to belong. This project was completed 12 years ago. A city is strengthened by places that encourage people to spend time together.
