We had the pleasure of restoring an older roll top desk for a client that had been missing handled over the years.
My dad David Kronemeyer did the majority of the work and I think it came out beautifully. The drawers were split, the pigeon holes had completely fallen apart, the desk top and top top over the roll top was is such bad shape that everything had to be sanded down, holes and notches repaired or filled and some of the larger parts that were missing had to be completely replaced.
I think it came out pretty good.

We replaced a deck for a client. It was a 6’ x 8’ deck about 5’ off the ground. We replaced it with a 10’ x 12’ deck at the same height. Following proper code requirements we adjusted the stairs for a better angle and elevation, proper handrails and framing requirements. Special shout out to Tyler Houchens and Kevin Roedl for the hard work they did for the project.

We built a library for a client in the upstairs area of their 3 car garage. We had to build it from the sub flooring to the ceiling. New handrails and window ledges.

Our latest project involved repairs from a leaking window. As we demoed the drywall and exterior siding, we found that the leak had rotted the stud framing and window framing. We removed it all and replaced it. Then installed house wrap and reinstalled the siding before installing new drywall and a coat of paint.

We just completed another bathroom remodel for a client. We removed all items within the room (bathtub, vanity, toilet and drywall). After removing the subfloor, we found the floor joists had some rot from a leak between the bathtub and toilet. We removed the damaged joists and sistered on new ones giving the room the required support it needed. Then new drywall, bathtub, vanity and toilet. Painted the ceiling and walls, new LVP flooring on top of two layers of 3/4” subfloor.

A client asked for the floors to be replaced after a couple of water pipes burst during the winter. We had to replace the top layer of subfloor (1/4”), add a layer of underlayment and then install the new LVP flooring. The bathroom vanity was completely distorted from all the water. We did a 4’ drywall cut around all the areas and had to replace that and paint. So over all we:
Removed old subfloor
Removed old drywall
Installed new subfloor and underlayment
Installed new drywalll
Installed new LVP flooring
Installed new baseboards

We had another client that the recent storm lifted their front porch roof off the porch. We reset the support posts on the cement slab and installed saddle anchors so that they cannot be lifted again.

We replaced a backsplash for a client. We had to remove the old tile and Sheetrock before installing new cement backer board and then the tile. Switches and outlets had to be adjusted and edges were covered with a metal edge band.

We replaced a deck for a client. The deck boards were so rotten that we broke a few as we pulled them. The support posts were directly on the cement and the stairs were not built to code causing them to be to steep and the treads were very short. We also added a sliding gate.
