Beautiful bathroom update in the books ✔️

Tore out this old chimney that took up space and installed cupboards with built in shelf. Replaced the bathtub with a retirement friendly walk in shower. Spruced it up with all cedar tongue and groove ceiling as well as all new cedar routed trim to top it off 👌🏼

We took down all the old oak trim and painted and replaced as well as changed these beautiful big living room windows to a picture frame look that is clean and modern 👌🏼

Busy week!!! 📝

Got the doors and trim wrapped up for the house update in progress ✔️

Installed the new counter top and about to wrap up that remodel ✔️

Tinkered with the garage furnace that decided to die midway ✔️

Installed the most beautiful Italian wood cook stove just in time for the cold ✔️

Guess who’s getting updated kitchen cabinets for the New Year…. Another super excited customer that we are extremely grateful for 🙏

Somewhere between morning coffee and turning the garage into a DIY spray booth… Heather finally got promoted and handed the paint sprayer! 😅🎨

Unseen parts of working a construction company with your better half:
✔️ Staff meetings over lunch (with all the kids because ya know…Christmas break 😱)
✔️ Work never really stops even on said holidays because neither of us sit long enough
✔️ Accepting you may see Heather pull some Michael Jackson moves with her white paint-coated hand through out the day 🪩

When you’re working together, every day is a team-building exercise… against your will….Just ask Jason 😂

Performance reviews sound like: “Why is this not level?” and “Because YOU measured it.” 📐

Benefits include sawdust everywhere, conversations about lumber grades at dinner, and learning that “I’ll fix it later” is a legally binding lie.

No HR. No PTO. Just vibes, tools, and the two of us getting s**t done with nails and sarcasm. 🔨

And it works!!! This new flooring and trim turned out so beautiful, and just in time for Christmas 🎄

Remeber that one time, Heather got bored and said —“Hey, let’s redo our entire bathroom this weekend….”😏

We had a customer last week ask about doing black cabinets….So this one’s for you!

We replaced the light fixtures, took the medicine cabinets out and hung the mirrors, hit everything with a fresh coat of paint, got some new faucets as well as hardware and VOILA~ 🤌🏼

***Also, how cool are the wall hangings that we made out of an old dresser’s drawers… Refurbishing/Repurposing is definitely one of my favorite hobbies 😉 ***
