Furniture & Infestation Disclosure Policy
To protect the health and safety of our team, equipment, and other customers, we require that customers notify South Central KY Junk Removal before pickup if any furniture or items being removed have been exposed to or are suspected of having bed bugs, roaches, fleas, or any other infestation.
If our team arrives and discovers evidence of an infestation that was not disclosed prior to the appointment, or if signs of an infestation are found during or after completion of the job, a $250 cleaning and decontamination fee will be added to the final invoice.
This fee helps cover the costs associated with cleaning, disinfecting, treating equipment, and preventing the spread of infestations to our team members, vehicles, and future customers.
Undisclosed infestations (including bed bugs, roaches, fleas, or similar pests) are subject to a $250 cleaning and decontamination fee. Please notify us before your appointment so our team can come prepared.
