We are seeking hardworking and reliable Asphalt Laborers to join our crew. This position involves physically demanding outdoor work, assisting with asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack filling, line striping, and general site preparation. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

-Assist with asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack filling, and line striping projects

-Operate basic hand tools, small equipment, and machinery as directed

-Prepare and clean job sites before and after projects

-Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

-Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

-Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

-Previous asphalt, construction, or landscaping experience a plus, but not required
