Bethesda Country Club | Clubhouse Addition + Renovation — Bethesda, MD

This renovation expanded the main club bar onto the patio with a rotunda-shaped, window-filled extension. Inside, they renovated the bar/grille, dining areas, and wine room with upgraded finishes and a refreshed layout.

At roughly 75,000 sq ft, this facility brings together critical zones that tell a clear operational story.

We headed down to South Florida in January 2025 for a marketing shoot with Prince Contracting. Dramatic angles, graphic compositions, crews in action — that was the mission, and we were grateful for the opportunity.

We covered a lot of ground — I-95 express lanes, a DDI (Divergent Diamond Interchange — as visually interesting as it sounds), Glades Road, Clint Moore Road over the railroad, and out to Okeechobee for MSE walls and bridge work.

Big skies. Real crews. Heavy infrastructure. Give us a hard hat and we’ll supply the visuals.
