Nate and I (Joey) responded to an emergency call in Danville pa today. The clients had sewege backing up into their basement I was able to have Nate respond with in a half hour and because of distance I was a long not too shortly after our first attempt lead us to the main line so after having the township clear the main line the house in question was only draining very slowly so we thought perhaps it was a venting issue at that point and we found the tub stop had broken off in the tub trap and was accumulating an awful lot of hair after. Cleaning that lead to better draining but the waste water was still not draining from the house the old cast iron clean out leading out of the house was completely stripped out and broken in place while water tight it was not going to help us so we went about a foot up on the pvc line and cut the line for a clean out access after snaking that with our electric snake we were able to recover what use to be a rag and lots and lots of hair effectively clearing the drains allowing the waste to enter the sewer after repairing the pipe and resetting the toilets the job was completed with complete and total customer satisfaction we appreciated the opportunity to showcase our skill in another service we offer!
