I have been working in construction for 20+ years. The first few years of my experience were spent as a carpenter/builder apprentice. Creative Construction and Renovation was created in 2006. Creative construction and Renovation is flexible enough to build anything from a set of built in cabinets to a House and everything in between. I believe a combination of new energy efficient technology and a

"green" ideology of recycle and reuse are the future of building and I try to implement both in my work when it is feasible. Perfection or at least as much is possible given the individual situation is my goal for every job. C C and R has completed many projects including my family's ICF house.

Went to replace a patio door and ran into the worst floor rot I've ever seen in my life. This happens when a door is not flashed correctly. Added 4 hours to the job, but it's all new and fixed up and the new door is in there. On top of it all, Dave of Dave's job jar and I did not get rained on! Tomorrow I trim the inside and then I have to wait (if It ever stops raining) so I can reapply the siding. All weathered in, though, now
