After a year of significant growth of operating at maximum capacity, we are coming into 2026 motivated to improve our systems and processes in order to provide our customers with optimal quality, communication, and craftsmanship! Our spring schedule is filling up fast, but we still have several openings for INTERIOR painting over the next two months as we navigate through the upcoming weather conditions.

INTERIOR SERVICES WE OFFER:

All interior painting
Painting/refinishing all cabinetry(kitchen,vanities,etc)
Removal of popcorn ceilings
Whitewashing/Limewashing
Clear coating of wood
Garage floor epoxy

One of our core values is professionalism. As members of the PCA (Painting Contractors Association), we strive to train and empower members of our community, particularly youth, to enter the trade and become part of the growing industry in which we are so dedicated. R.J.’s Quality Painting is licensed and bonded, and we carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Although we may not come in as the lowest estimate you will recieve, our clients consistently choose us because we invest in preparation and premium materials to ensure the job is done right the first time. The owner is a proud graduate of Mariposa County High School and we are here to make a difference in our community as we continue to grow!

HERE ARE A FEW TIPS WHEN HIRING ANY CONTRACTOR:
. Whenever you are hiring a contractor make sure you ask for these 3 important documents. These are legal requirements in the state of California.

1. Check their contractors license # with the CSLB (CONTRACTORS STATE LICENSE BOARD)website…it’s easy & free

2. Ask for a copy of their general liability insurance certificate

3. If they have ANY employees, ask for a copy of their workers’ compensation certificate

When contractors bid significantly lower than other contractors, it’s usually because they either work solo or they are not carrying these insurances that protect the customer as well as contractors.

The lack of professionalism with contractors in the area is growing. Customers can help improve the quality of services provided by holding contractors to these standards. Hiring unlicensed contractors puts both the customer and the person hired at risk.

Part of our mission is to get more young adults into the trades and bring more professionalism to the industry.
