If you cannot spot the error and the solution then you need a professional roofer. This was on a roof that we inspected this week. Water is pouring in. Having a roofer do a proper install would have prevented a waterfall of damages.

This is a job in progress, but I wanted to say a quick thank you to this homeowner.
I get asked regularly why I chose the name Raptor Roofing. The majority of the time I joke that it is because my kids love dinosaurs. However, there is more to it. Raptors were known to be fierce protectors and loyal to the pack. When we advise to file a claim, you are now part of the pack. We will fight for and defend our homeowners. If claims are denied, we do not disappear. This claim was filed back in February. Five months later, multiple inspectors, engineers, three adjusters, agents, and countless phone calls and emails. What started as a denied claim turned into a partial repair, to half approval, and finally a full approval! We could not be more happy for this homeowner!
So far the roof has been completed. Gutters are up next.

The sun is shining and we are starting roof number four for the week.
