Another job wrapped up!

A returning customer reached out because she had a few projects needing attention that she wanted to have finished ASAP. She was in a bit of a rush, so that her dog could be comfortable in her older years; and we managed to get all 3 projects done not even a week later. We also did not even take two days total to deliver all completed work once we started.

We went out the same day as she contacted us and she showed us the list of tasks, to include adding and fixing wire on both her first and second floors to keep the birds and their nests off the roof, Installing a brand new XL dog door for her dog; while building steps for her to use coming down outside, and removing an old dog door with patching up the hole it left behind!

Our customer was thrilled, and we were able to take the worry off her shoulders with knowing her dog could now be comfortable using the doggy door, and not worrying about surprise bird nests any longer!

Thanks again for the opportunity. We’re excited to see you again and tackle many more projects together in the future.

Another job wrapped up!

A new customer reached out because she had a few projects needing attention before her guests arrived. She was in a bit of a rush, but we managed to get everything done before they came over. We went out the same day and she showed us the list of tasks, from fixing the ceiling to hanging new outdoor lights and moving the flag bracket to make sure it’s secure. We also installed a new bathroom mirror and moved the old one to another bathroom, along with the light fixture. There was so much more!

Our customer was thrilled, and we were able to take the worry off her shoulders of having repairs done while she had guests in her lovely home!

Thanks again for the chance. We’re excited to see you again and tackle many more projects together in the future.

Another job finished!
Thank you for the opportunity! We had a new customer contact us because she had a few things that needed fixed before she had new guests check into her home. She was definitely on a short time period but we delivered before they arrived. We went out the same day and she showed us that a blind was not turning, the garbage disposal was not turning on and ice was freezing in the bucket after it was made.
After quick inspection of first the garbage disposal, we determined that there was a need for a reset to be done and the disposal to be cleaned out; which we got done.
Then, we moved along to the blinds, which ended up being an easy, quick realignment of some of the cords inside the mechanism and some readjusting of the actual blinds.
Next, was the ice maker that we diagnosed and the issue was found. The ice maker was cracked and water was leaking onto the fresh ice as it was being poured into the machine. The ice maker was purchased and as soon and it arrived we went back out to get it installed and got the ice maker back into tip top shape.
Our customer was satisfied, and we were able to save her the worry of needing to have repairs done while she had guests in her beautiful home!

Another job finished!
Thank you for the opportunity! Our established customer had contacted us the first time because their washer needed repaired. But we were recently contacted again because their dryer was not working. The customer let us know that the dryer was would not turning on when power button was pushed. After diagnosing it, we found that not only the door was not shutting properly, but also the main nob to operate the dryer was malfunctioning and also a lot of lint was in the piping; causing the dryer door not to shut.
After discussing the problems with the customer, we came up with a game plan, and were given the ok to fix the dryer. We managed to pick up the original parts quickly, get the cleaned the dryer inside and out, and maintain/ oil the parts. We managed to get the dryer to operate temporarily until we got the new, original parts.
Our customer was satisfied, and we were able to save them from buying a new dryer!

Another job successfully completed!
We were contacted by a new customer concerning a gas stove displaying a code and not operating correctly. The Customer also was concerned as they had family coming on the weekend for Christmas and was hoping the stove would be fixed before their arrival.
We managed to diagnose the stove, and fix not one but two issues. We had a little problem with one of the new parts that were purchased to fix one of the issues; but thanks to the local appliance parts team, they were able to get us a replacement ASAP and We got the job completed just in time for the weekend.
Also, while we were in the kitchen, we noticed the refrigerator making sounds and not operating correctly; I discussed it with the customer and got the ok to look at the refrigerator. We then cleaned and adjusted the doors and sliders and got the refrigerator back in action with no more ice build up in the back of the fridge and both ice makers are making square like, beautiful ice.
We managed to fix not one but two trouble making appliances at the same time during a two day process & meeting the customers deadline.

Another project has been successfully completed. We are pleased to have added our new customer to our Family for future repairs. The customer reached out to us for assistance with a damaged wall inside their garage due to a leaking water heater previously. We scheduled an appointment to inspect the issue and discuss potential solutions, including the possibility of removing and canceling some pipes, wires, and relocating the water heater. The customer approved our plan and gave us the green light to proceed with the repairs and painting. We set a date to return and begin the project based on the customer’s needs. We set a goal to complete the job on the same day it started. We successfully completed the project, leaving the customer highly impressed with our work, effort, communication, commitment, and time management.

Although we are not licensed contractors, we possess the skills and expertise to provide high-quality services as a handyman.
