From our latest completed project in Yarmouth. The kitchen before was under a flat roof, little light, fully enclosed, with ceiling heat panels.
We completed total demolition, leveled the floor, installed all new cabinets, appliances, plumbing, electric, ceiling, floors and added a touch of original Maine for these homeowners with the installation of a reclaimed original 1780's beam from an original Maine farm that was in operation when George Washington was alive, axe marks included. The addition of including a piece of true American history was well appreciated.
We really opened it up and worked with suppliers and Granite Counter design to seamlessly measure and install the countertops, hardware and completed the backsplash and crown molding.

This space was a flat roof before we transformed it in Phase II. Some finishing touches on the interior that we included were wainscoting with chair rail in white semi-gloss, colonial baseboard, crown molding, Northern Red Oak heartwood floors, a nautical chart of the Maine Coast from Cape Elizabeth to north of Pemaquid Bay. A space to enjoy the finer things.
