Position: Laborer / Ground Crew
Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 8 AM–5 PM (weather dependent)
Some Saturday work may be required.
Pay: Competitive industry wages with potential for advancement, bonuses, and vacation time.

• Assist with tree pruning, removal and maintenance projects.
• Safely back up and maneuver truck/trailer combinations.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site at all times.
• Support crew operations and communicate effectively with team members.
• Interact professionally and respectfully with customers and community members.

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely back up a trailer (experience required).
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up on time.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Physically capable of outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
