This home had a water leak from the furnace in the attic. The water damage the ceiling and eventually it all came crashing down onto the floor. Luckily their hardwood flooring was not damaged. After the Mechanical team fixed the furnace, I set up containment walls for dust control, then began with installing new insulation, sheetrock, mud tape and texture, paint then new crown moulding and base trim.

This property had a water leak in the wall. Plumbers removed all the sheetrock, trim, crown moulding and some of the hardwood flooring. I had the privilege of putting everything back together. I removed and replaced dry rot studs, bottom plate. Then installed new sheetrock, mud, tape and textured. All new trim, crown moulding and paint. And installed new hardwood flooring to replace what was removed. 3rd coat of wall paint is still fresh as final pictures were taken.

Love how this deck turned out. Composite material with hidden fasteners for a smooth surface along with a Vinyl Railing system. During the wreckout of the old wood deck, because of poor flashing, there was significant dry rot damage along the Header Joists that had to be removed and replaced along with new sheathing, house wrap and siding patchwork. For added protection, I placed some butyl tar backed rubber window/door wrap where the new ledger was to go to ensure the new lags had a water tight seal after install.

Garage conversion. I only did the flooring, trim and window casing. Homeowner did all their own painting.

Hot Water tank swap. The old tank had its supply and distribution connections on the side of the tank. New tank is all top connections, so had to alter the old lines to connect to the new tank. Added a shut off valve as well on the intake since one did not previously exist. This way if servicing in the future, the main water supply to the house does not need to be shut off.
