Wash sand and reseal previouse workers application was not the best but integrity restored..

Customer didn't prep properly previous application so I did what I could. I pressure washed sanded and this is the outcome.

The old varnish looks like dirt but its three old coats not properly prepped by previous applicator however we did 2 coats and restored the integrity of the deck without huge costs due to plaining each bored down to new wood.

Season is starting and I would like to share my pay schedule with you all on services. "I AM TAKING NEW CUSTOMERS AS OF NOW" People who respond to this "POST" will get discounted rates by a lisc and bonded contractor who has been servicing the area for 7 years with no hesitation.
"YOU BUY SUPPLIES"
Flooring $2 a sqr ft "INCLUDING PREP" FOR ALL FLOORS EXCEPT CARPET $1 WITH PADDING INSTALL.
Ceramic , Duraceramic glue down tile. $5 sqr ft
Drywall / tape n mudd / finish - $30 an hour
Roofing - $350 8HR SHIFT garages and ranch style homes.
Basic bathroom remodels start at $700 and up.
Electrical-$ 40 an hour fans lights switches outlets etc. Anything pre existing.. all new circuits must be installed by a lisc electrician but I have 10 years experience in commercial and residential.
Toilets $50 to replace $100 to rebuild
Sinks $40 replace $75 to cut it out 😆
Painting-_$43.75 an hour
Fences and Decks also $43.75 an hour
