Last weekend, our team had the opportunity to tour the iconic Burning Hills Amphitheatre and see the completed renovations and additions that we were proud to be a part of. A special thank you to the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation for allowing us to help enhance this incredible venue and continue being part of the Medora magic.

It’s always rewarding to see a project come to life and be enjoyed by visitors from near and far. Be sure to catch the legendary Medora Musical this summer and experience the magic for yourself! ✨🎶🏞️

Big things are happening in Breckenridge! 🎉

The new Infinity Center has received $3 million in funding through Minnesota’s bonding bill, bringing the community one step closer to a transformational regional destination for recreation, education, healthcare, and community gatherings. Construction is already underway, with the facility expected to open in 2027.

Projects like this showcase the power of community partnerships and investment in the future. 👏

At ICON Architectural Group, we’re proud to design spaces that inspire future generations. ✨ Last week, we were excited to break ground on the new Horace Mann Elementary School - a project that combines the existing Horace Mann, Roosevelt, and Madison schools into one modern, welcoming learning environment for students in grades K-5.

The $35 million, 78,460-square-foot facility was thoughtfully designed to complement the surrounding historic neighborhood through timeless brick, cast stone, and architectural detailing.

Inside, spacious classrooms filled with natural light, flexible learning spaces, and playful pops of color create an engaging atmosphere where students and staff can truly make the space their own. 🏫

Outdoor amenities will include an inclusive playground with accessible play structures, poured-in-place safety surfacing, and expansive green space for recreation and connection. 🌿

We were honored to join Devils Lake Public Schools for the groundbreaking celebration of the Central Middle School renovation and addition project! 🎉🏫
The ceremonial dirt toss took place right where the new spacious commons and performance area will soon welcome students, staff, and the community. Designed to honor the school’s historic character while creating modern, functional spaces, this project will bring exciting updates throughout the building, including:
✨ A new commons and performance space with exposed original brick
📚 An updated media center
🔐 A new secure main entrance and office
♿ Improved accessibility with new interior and exterior ramps
🏫 Updated classrooms, finishes, lighting, and casework throughout the school
🪵 Preserving the original hardwood floors and architectural character whenever possible
We’re excited to see this transformation begin and can’t wait for the community to enjoy these updated spaces for years to come!

Hundreds of Hi-Liners gathered at the future home of the new Valley City school last Wednesday to celebrate the groundbreaking ceremony for the new grades 3–12 school 🏫✨ The $46 million referendum project will be connected to the existing K–2 school and located on the same site as the varsity football field and track 🏈🏃‍♂️

The new facility will serve approximately 950 K–12 students and feature a state-of-the-art library 📚, gymnasium 🏀, and district offices. ICON is proud to be part of this exciting milestone for the school district and the entire community 👏💙💛
