Aww cute, looks like they asked a couple people to leave them good reviews. We’ll just wait and see what they say when their car busts again 2 days later.
I cannot stress to you enough- steer clear of this place. Take your car literally anywhere else, hell even the rednecks at Better Buy in Waverly are more honest and capable and eloquently articulate. I have never gone to a mechanic and left with more problems than I had before. They have had my car more than I have for the last month. I dumped $7,000 into my car, all over a span of 5 weeks and they still never were able to fix it right. To make matters even worse, Anna the receptionist treated me completely rotten, after I’d been MORE than patient over the last month, brought the whole shop treats on a hot day, hadn’t pressed the legality issues in the negligence of repair…. She berated me, demanded that I get out of “her” shop. (It’s NOT “her” shop, and the only reason it deserves one star is that the real OWNERS are very nice people). She cussed, raised her voice and even yelled at me while I had her boss on the phone….Gabby are you really going to allow this type of person to be the face of your company? You heard how she treated me and you said it yourself that she was WRONG. Her attitude is abhorrent and ugly. Lest not forget her lighting up a smoke while leaning over my open driver side door just to talk about me to the mechanics, while MY IMPRESSIONABLE TODDLER IS RIGHT THERE TOO. She blew cigarette smoke in the car that I tote my baby in. And when asked to move away, she rolled her eyes and stayed put. I had to get loud with her before she moved her nasty smoky self away from MY car. She is a rotten to the core person and a p**s poor face of a company. When your heart is ugly, your face sure shows it.
