Progress report. We were able to finish up the exterior framing on the addition. Installed the windows and had the roofing also installed today.

Tomorrow we will start exposing the inside of the existing house as we go to widen the opening for French doors and windows. We will need to support the exterior wall to get a 12’ header in.

Moving along on the four seasons room. The exterior is framed in! Looking to get the rest of the Tyvek on, windows in and roof done next week along with opening up the interior wall to the house where we will be installing exterior French doors, windows and transom windows above all.

Today’s progress. We were able to get the rafters installed along with the fascia and roof sheathing on one side.

Progress is rolling on this four seasons room project! Two walls are up, and next we’ll be setting the rafters. Looking forward to seeing this space come together for our client. Stay tuned for more updates!

Big project officially underway!
We’ve started building our four seasons room and back deck, and it’s exciting to finally see it coming to life. Right now we just have the perimeter/frame of the four seasons room up, but it already gives a glimpse of how the space will come together.
Still a long way to go, but we’re looking forward to watching this transform step by step. More updates to come as the build continues!

Just wrapped up this bathroom transformation and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! 🚿✨
This remodel features a fully tiled walk-in shower, brand new vanity cabinets with a beautiful top, and fresh tile installed throughout the entire space. Every detail was updated to create a clean, modern look that’s both functional and stylish.

Recently finished tiled shower
