We're looking to hire one more employee for our 2025 season. Ideally, but not necessarily, someone with an interest in eventually running one of our construction crews.
No experience necessary to start. We have fully trained all of our existing employees. Having said that, if you are interested in working towards the foreman position learning to operate a skid steer would be a requirement.
Basic employee pay starts at $24/hour with a bump up to $26 once trained. We also offer end of season bonuses based on profit, PTO, and a 3% match retirement plan. Foreman receive a company truck and competitive compensation for their role in the company.
Being a seasonal construction business we do have winter off which is, depending on weather, from early to mid November to the end of March. On average expect 35 - 45 hour weeks with very occasional weekend work.
All tooling is provided and we car pool to job sites. Job sites are typically close, or at most within an hour, but we occasional range as far as Battle Creek or Ludington.
