Between the appointments, the hormones and medicine, the ultrasounds, bloodwork, your body changing, the mental fatigue, the physical toll everything has on your body, the negative pregnancy tests and the revolving door as you start another round - it’s no wonder people tell you that the fertility journey is hard.

we started this journey in October 2024, when we chose our cryobank - and now here we are in May 2026, putting in everything we’ve got to grow our family💛

so how do we keep our spirits high? here’s a little list of some of the things that continue to bring us joy despite the ups and downs that this road to motherhood brings.
