We are big fans of . We like his approachable style to taking care of house plants and making sure they are healthy and thriving indoors just like your outdoor plants.

Tanner has released a BEAUTIFUL book on caring for house plants that not only gives you the knowledge (and confidence) of someone with a natural green thumb, he also explains how plants thrive: from the roots to the sunlight they need. It's also just a great read - funny, light and engaging. If you've seen any of Tanner's videos, you know what we are talking about.

This book is amazing, and goes into some of the more popular (and some fascinatingly obscure) house plants and how to care for them! It's 250+ pages of photography, illustrations and simple how-to knowledge from one of the best in the business.

Dr. Elaine Ingham spoke for the soil. She was an advocate, a pioneer, and a legend in our weird corner of the world. In the world of soil biology, she was the queen, and never stopped educating the masses. We all owe a lot to a woman that spent her life trying to change the planet, and it’s evident just how far her reach was. Her impact on how we look at soil will echo through time. To a legend that truly left the world better than she entered it, rest easy Queen of the Soil Food Web. Dr. Elaine Ingham 1952-2026.
