This week we said farewell to our Operations Coordinator, Sarah Kratzner, as she moves on to pursue an exciting new opportunity. While it's bittersweet, we couldn't be more proud.

Sarah has been an integral part of our team, bringing organizational excellence, genuine care for our clients, and a steady hand to everything she touched. Her contributions to our operations, project coordination, and the culture we've built here have left a lasting mark.

We are so proud to share that Sarah will be stepping into the role of Executive Director at SDA National — an organization dedicated to equipping A/E/C business operations professionals with the education, network, and leadership development they need to advance their careers and strengthen their firms. In this role, she will lead management and operations while mentoring and empowering administrative professionals across the industry. It is a perfect fit for someone who has always believed in the power of strong operations and the people behind them.

We are deeply grateful for Sarah's dedication and the values she brought to our work every day. While we will miss her greatly, we could not be more excited for what lies ahead for her.

Thank you, Sarah. You'll always be part of the BSPARK story.

Yesterday was a great day to support future designers!
Sophia Sparklin served as a judge for the Architectural Drafting competition at SkillsUSA Montana, where students showcased their technical skills and creativity.

It’s always encouraging to see the level of thought and effort that goes into their work—we’re excited to see where their paths lead.

The UMW Student Wellness Center at Montana Western was designed with one thing in mind, giving students a place to truly take care of themselves, body and mind. Our team is proud of being part of bringing that vision to life through architecture and interior design that puts student wellbeing front and center.

We love seeing this space continuing to make an impact for the Bulldog community. 🐾

At BSPARK, community has always been part of the design. That's why we offer every employee dedicated volunteer hours each year to invest in causes close to their hearts. As a Public Benefit Corporation, we believe design has the power to strengthen communities, and that starts with showing up for them. This year, our interior designer Tyece, brought her skills home — volunteering with Helping Hands Thrift Store in her hometown after they recently purchased a new building and needed help envisioning their new space. Tyece jumped in with both hands: developing a floor plan, applying wallcovering, painting, and collaborating with the HHT team to bring their vision to life. But for Tyece, this project was about more than design. With a background in environmental studies, she is passionate about sourcing secondhand whenever possible — and thrift stores are a big reason why. Thrift stores save billions of pounds of items from going to the landfill annually, making them an incredible resource not just for sustainability, but for the communities that rely on them every day. We're proud to support the people and places that make our communities thrive.
