Friday night our family rotates in a dining our experience. He (or she) who picks the restaurant; buys.

This week was Zak Hendricks pick. Zak is famous for picking new restaurants we have not tried.

Drink menu picks - We tried Capri Sun (strawberry vodka, lemonade, cherry). Very yummy! Zak's choice was Blue Raspberry Mule (blueberry vodka, raspberry vodka, ginger beer, lime)

Food menu picks - Zak and Randy Hendricks picked the Gaucho pizza, Max Hendricks picked Mac -n- Cheese and I had the Chicken Club.

Food was good - We would for sure go back again.

Recipe #3: Cheesy Pasta & Sausage

Not impressed that she talked so fast; I needed to watch/review the video 5 times to get the measurements and ingredients. But this is not going to be one of our family favorites. It was easy to make. Most of the ingredients I keep in the kitchen so I thought, let's give it a try. I can not even think of any tips to help improve this recipe.

Recipe #2: Smoke Queso - Jake Hendricks, try this

Zak Hendricks, my son found this recipe for the family to try. We gave it 4 stars due to - my family hates tomatoes. My family would prefer to leave out the Rotel tomatoes or only use half the can. I made the recipe with hamburger and not Italian sausage.
