After a quick water line replacement this morning for a client (I forgot to take photos) we managed to get another job completed before the rain today. This client wanted a sump pump discharge pipe under ground. Along with Jerry's Household Plumbing Service LLC we got it completed. No more black hose in the back yard.

A couple weeks ago a client called and needed a Crack in the basement foundation wall sealed due to water coming in. After removing the drywall I found the Crack and another opening where water was coming in. After replacing the window well and cover outside I properly sealed both area's inside. We gave it about a week or so and with no water coming through I decided to repatch the drywall and prepare it correctly so it can be painted. I now believe we have solved the water issue for this client and we now can proceed with future projects.

This customer had a pretty rotted out window well. Managed to dig out the old one and install a new corrugated steel one. Placed some sand on the bottom, filled with dirt, and replaced their window well cover. Hopefully this solves some of their water issues in the basement.

Little behind on posting sorry about that. Yesterday along with Keith Kroening and Broekman Development LLC we managed to install some new interior doors, and today managed to demo a wall, installed new insulation/ v***r barrier and prepared it for new drywall/texture tomorrow. Trim work around the doors will be completed as well tomorrow. Now on to a full day of estimates.
